One-to-one and group training sessions
intensive training courses:

one-off sessions where we will screen you and plan a programme
for you and go through all the exercises needed; or

long-term sessions over a period of 3 months where we meet
up every week, go through your programme and advise you on new exercises.
We will be there to make sure you get through it and stick to it and
hit your goals.
Platinum Training will design a specific programme which suits your
needs. We will together hit your goals in as little time as possible.
Each personal training session involves:

lifestyle management

one-to-one or group tuition

a tailor-made
programme to suit your needs
You will also receive a free fitness
test with your first personal training
session.
Platinum Training will
keep in touch with you via our unique e-mail service where we
e-mail or telephone our clients every week at no extra cost, to make
sure you are keeping to your fitness routine and keep you up-to-date
with new exercises and fitness/nutrition advice.
