Our weekly boot camp offers a flexible approach to fitness. Our boot camp sessions are held every Thursday at 9:30 am in Hyde Park.

Our Boot Camp class has been live for over two years. We cater to all fitness levels - from first timers to regular gym goers.

The Boot Camps are based on a full body workout, fat burning, core stability and boxing training.

The advantages of weekly Boot Camps are:
